We provide a 15-day service warranty on each and every type of repair & servicing.

All types of appliances repair & servicing are covered under warranty like AC Repair, Fridge Repair, RO Repair etc.

Parts are not covered under our service warranty. In case parts have a warranty then warranty will be provided by the manufacture of the part. Please don’t forget to take the service warranty card from the service partner in case of part warranty.

No , You can book a free revisit if the same issue persists during warranty. Our Service Partner will visit the site and will fix the issue.

If you have any issue related to our service. You can lodge a complaint against the same using the link . We will try to resolve your issue within 24-48 hours.

In case the technician visits and the customer cancels the work after technician visits , a minimal cancellation fee will be charged. If you are not satisfied with our service partner's response and cancel the booking over phone call then no cancellation fee will be charged.

Our Service Partner have to bear the petrol cost while visiting the service location so we charge a nominal fee as convenience charge to bear the petrol expense.

No, In case there is a need to Part Repair/ Replacement. Our Service Partner will inform you. The customer has to bear the cost of parts being replaced or repaired.

You can purchase the parts by yourself. Our Service Partner can also avail the parts required. The cost of the parts will be borne by the customer.
